Gloucester Mosaics Walk provides a self-guided tour through the history of Gloucester depicted in art on walls and footpaths around town. The mosaics scattered around the township depict stories of Gloucester from the earliest days to the present time. Start outside the Visitors Centre with the tables in the meeting place and the wall mosaics opposite. Then follow the pavement mosaics starting on the corner outside Raine & Horne and walking anticlockwise down to the roundabout and then back up the other side of the street crossing over at Hume Street to complete the circuit back to the meeting place. You'll be surprised and delighted.

Over 1370 hectares of native vegetation act as rocky sentinels above the peaceful Gloucester valley and provide a large area of island habitat in a sea of farmland. While not an easy walk it provides ample rewards: panoramic views of the Gloucester valley, a rich array of flowering plants, wildlife and wonderful photo opportunities.
