DAY 1

There are several hiking tracks in Woko, perfect for walking with children, the barbecues make it just as attractive, be sure to pack sausages from Avon Valley Meats, bread and tomato sauce for a sausage sizzle lunch. Find a perfect picnic spot and do absolutely nothing beneath the gum trees surrounded by native orchids and staghorns, or hit the current for a drift down the Manning River on an air mattress.

EXPLORE
Let the kids expend some built up energy at the Billabong Park & Skate Bowl, jump on the flying fox, climb the maze, swing on the swings, run through the well maintained park area. Venture into the District Park follow the path around the park, meander or push bike beside the Gloucester River.
LUNCH
If the weather is sunny, take advantage of a takeaway lunch from Thunderbolts Cafe and picnic in the Billabong Park.
DINNER
Dinner at The Kitchen at The Roundabout Inn. parents can relax in the outdoor area whilst the kids play in the playground
DAY 3
Grab a Picnic Lunch for the family from Full O' Beans Cafe and maybe a sweet treat from Batter & Dough start the adventure to the World Heritage Barrington Tops (if its Winter you may be lucky enough to see snow) A short hour drive from Gloucester you will travel through rolling country side, then the climb into the Barrington Tops, the scenery changes to Antarctic Beech Forest hundreds of years old with lookouts and short walks along the way. Stop at Andrew Laurie lookout for breath taking views over the Barrington Tops, at 1500 metres above Sea Level PolBlue is the highest point of Barrington Tops and well worth a look. Make sure you have a jumper handy as it's usually chilly up there!
5 minutes further on is The Firs. The perfect place to enjoy a picnic and to explore the area.

Devils Ark is the next stop for a tour of the facility and see the conservation of the devils in action. The kids will love the interaction with the wildlife. A memorable stop over point.
